A few of the most frequently asked questions recieved from Switzerland wedding photographers.

Where are you from and what brought you to Switzerland?!

I'm from Manchester in the UK and I've been living and working as a wedding photographer in ZĂĽrich (which is my partners home town!) since my arrival back in 2016. It was after my first visit during the middle of a beautiful summer that I was sold on making the move over to Switzerland!

Do you travel for weddings?

Yes absolutely. I've photographed weddings all over the world, from as far away as New Zealand! So please don’t hesitate to get in touch wherever you're planning to tie the knot.

What are your prices?

My wedding photography packages start at CHF2500. For a full list of my prices and packages, please get in touch and I will them send over!

Do you take family group photos?

In short, yes I do! My style is documentary and people often get fed up with posing for lots of group shots, so I find it’s much more fun for your family and friends to spend the day relaxing and enjoying each other’s company and I can spend the day getting the natural and creative shots I specialise in. And when it comes to doing the family photos, we do them informally and quickly, which always goes down well for everyone involved!

Do you speak German and is this important when shooting weddings?

Yes I can speak basic German, with a funny Swiss / High German mixed accent! But I could photograph a wedding without understanding a word of the language, and I believe I would still be able to do my job just aswell - for me it's all about having positive energy, but seeing as most people speak English anyway or they can tolerate my German, I often have great chats with guests at weddings too!
